Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes, especially around the lash line. Avoid lash curlers, oil-based makeup, or mascara before your appointment.

Please be on time to your appointment. If you are more than 15 mins late  and there isn't enough time to do the full service safely and properly, I may need to reschedule or adjust the service

For all Services, we require 24 hours notice for all cancellations. If you do not cancel your appointment online or by contacting us directly, we reserve the right to charge you 100% of your appointment cost. Appointments that are cancelled the day of will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. No call no shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

Since extensions give you fullness and definition, makeup generally isn’t recommended and can actually weaken adhesive over time—especially waterproof and oil-based mascaras. If you do decide to use makeup, choose lash-safe, oil-free products and remove gently.

Helpful tips for optimal results:

• Avoid getting lashes wet for the first 24 hours post-application.

• No oil-based products or removers around the lashes.

• Use a clean spoolie to brush them daily.

• Sleep on your back or use a silk pillowcase to prevent lashes rubbing.

Lashes should be professionally removed to avoid damaging your natural lashes. If you wish to switch styles (for example from Classic to Volume or Wet Set), we can discuss it during your appointment to ensure your natural lashes can support the new style.
